Founded in 1980 as a U.S.Sales Agency for Black Diamond Cheese Co., where Charlie Arena; having spent the previous 5 years ending as National Sales Manager, seized the opportunity to become Master Broker for the line here in States for the next 13 years as Black Diamond went through numerous owners.  Today they are owned by Lactalis

We also handled the Import Licence Portfolio for Brooke Bond Foods US, till the sale of the company to Unilever. We had also started our own importing, and trading of cheese that we had began importing.  One of the companies we began importing from was the Bel Paese Sales Co. - Div. of Galbani Inc., and shortly therafter we assumed many sales functions for them here in the US , using the same sub-brokers and customer base that was set up for Black Diamond Cheese. Note: Galbani is now also owned by Lactalis
